Principal of Dytor & Yates Real Estate, Scott commenced his Real Estate career in 1989. Before joining the Real Estate industry, Scott was involved in the Stock Market Industry for many years. As one of the areas longest serving Real Estate Salespeople, Scott has built an enviable reputation for professional and personalised service and total commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients. A family man, Scott prefers to spend his free time with his wife Donna and his 2 children Keenan and Olivia, either together or entertaining family and friends. Being a medium sized company we often find that our size is our major strength. We are large enough to handle the most complex of transactions, yet small enough to retain a direct "hands on" approach.
Business Development Manager Melinda has been residing on the Gold Coast for the last 20 years and has 2 children a son and a daughter. After working for a large Gold Coast based company as their National Sales Administrator for 9 years, Melinda decided it was time for a career change and moved into the Real Estate Industry as a Sales Co-ordinator/Property Manager. Melinda has now taken charge of the Business Development Division. Melinda enjoys relaxing with family and friends and can be found spending time with family and friends on the weekends.
Nick is a local lad, brought up on the Gold Coast. Nick is married and lives locally with his wife, daughter and son. When time permits he enjoys playing golf & soccer. Having worked in the hospitality industry and teaching English in Japan for many years, Nick has an excellent background in customer service. Totally committed to providing the best possible service to all his customers, Nick has a sound knowledge of the Gold Coast and its waterways, he believes success in Real Estate depends on all parties being satisfied.
Having lived on the Gold Coast for nearly 20 years, Trevor has a sound knowledge of Broadbeach Waters and its waterways. Struck with a passion for getting results, Trevor committed to achieving the goals of his clients. For over 20 years Trevor's career has followed a steady and successful path in Sales and Marketing, resulting in what is now a dedication to helping people buy and sell property. Trevor believes his strengths lie in knowing his market, having a pro-active and strategic approach to selling and caring about the long term welfare of his clients. As well as a passion for health and fitness, his interests include surfing, good food, good music and good company. Trevor is a dedicated family man and enjoys quality time with this two sons and wife.
Judi brings with her a wealth of knowledge of all facet’s of the Real Estate industry. With nine years experience in selling prestige properties in the Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove areas of the Gold Coast, she has now made the Broadbeach area her home. She looks forward to using her knowledge of the market and her honest approach to assisting new and existing clients in the process of buying and selling their homes as well as maintaining an ongoing relationship to ensure their well being. She believes going ‘above and beyond’ has led to her success in a business she loves. With two adult daughters living nearby, Judi enjoys an active social life with her circle of friends and has a passion for travel. Europe and the UK are her regular destinations. Among her accomplishments, she has recently written and published her first novel.
Kathy Simmons is a born and bred Gold Coaster! She has been a local in the area for the past 25 years and has worked with well known multi national/international companies in the Event Industry. Kathy has been number 1 in her corporate arena and has testimonials, accolades, and awards to show her dedication to service. Kathy's passion for Real Estate has seen her buy, renovate and sell successfully various properties in the surrounding area. Property is literally in Kathy's blood. She has also followed in her Mothers footsteps Sue Farrugia, who is a well known successful real Estate Salesperson. Kathy and Sue's combined skills and local knowledge makes them a dynamic team. Kathy has a proven track record of honesty, diligence and professionalism combined with a refreshingly genuine, caring and friendly approach.
